Where will SEPA Granada 2026 take place?
The event will take place at the Granada Conference and Exhibition Centre (Palacio de Congresos de Granada), Paseo del Violón, 2, 18006 Granada, Spain.
What are the dates of the congress?
The congress will take place from 20 to 23 May 2026.

What are the different registration options available?
The SEPA congress is an interdisciplinary event. With several training tracks.
We have different programs:
- Sepa Perio + Interdisciplinary + Digital – for dentists.
- Sepa Hygiene and Prevention – for hygienists and assistants.
- Sepa Management – for clinic administration and management staff.
- SEPA Pharma, for all interested attendees. Included in all registration modalities.
Each program has a different itinerary and registration fee.
Where can I see the list of workshops, industry talks, and lunch & learn sessions, and how can I register?
You can check the full and updated list in the “Workshops and Talks” section. To register, click the “Register” button for the activity you’re interested in.

How can I submit scientific communications (abstracts) and what is the deadline?
You can submit your scientific communication (abstract) until 27 March, inclusive.
To view the submission guidelines and submit your communication, you must access the “Call For Abstracts” section of the official congress website and click on “Send your abstract” using the button located below each category.

Will simultaneous translation be available?
Yes. The official languages are Spanish and English. All program sessions will be available in both languages.
Will the congress be streamed online?
Yes, the official sessions of Perio + Interdisciplinary + Digital, Hygiene and Prevention, and Management will be streamed.

What is a lunch & learn session?
Lunch & learn sessions are free of charge. They are not part of the official SEPA program. Separate registration is required. To reserve a lunch & learn session, you can access the Workshops and Talks section and register for the one you are most interested in Capacity is limited. Food will be provided to attendees at all lunch & learn sessions. Lunch & learn sessions are promoted by industry and are not part of the official programme. SEPA is not responsible for their content.
What is a workshop?
Workshops are practical, hands-on sessions. They have limited capacity. They are not part of the official program. They are promoted by industry. You can consult the list of workshops in the Workshops and Talks section and register for the one you are most interested in. In some cases, they may have a cost. SEPA is not responsible for their content.
What’s the difference between the official program and industry talks?
The official program is organised by SEPA’s different scientific committees and knowledge communities In the official program, content has been validated by SEPA’s ethical and scientific committees and, exceptionally, includes corporate forums from main collaborators. These have been validated by SEPA and its committees
Industry talks are parallel sessions organized directly by industry sponsors, and SEPA is not responsible for their content.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Friday, 22 May
Clinical Oral Communication 16h – 18h.
Research Oral Communication 09h – 12h.
Management Oral Communication 17.30h – 18.30h.
Video Communication 12h – 14.30h.
POSTERS
Friday, 22 May
Poster review sessions (clinical, research, undergraduate and hygiene) will take place from 15:00 to 18:00.
The organisation will provide double-sided tape and scissors to hang the posters. Posters will be properly numbered.
When will I be notified if my communication is accepted?
Notification will be sent by email on 17 April.
When are the communication awards and the Fonseca Award presented?
The awards ceremony will take place in the Integra Space (Speaker Corner located in the centre of the commercial exhibition) on Saturday, 23 May at 11:00.
ExpoPerio
SEPA’s commercial exhibition will be open on 21, 22 and 23 May, with the same opening hours as the congress. It is not scheduled to open on 20 May.
Is attendance at the Implant World Cup included in my registration?
If you have registered as a dentist, attendance is included. Other registration modalities do not include access.
Food & Beverages
Coffee breaks will be held in the commercial exhibition area. No lunch service is planned. Attendees may have lunch outside the venue. Attendees may have lunch outside the venue.
Certificates
Certificates will be issued after the event. Attendees will receive them by email on 8 June.
Accreditation
To access the congress, you will receive your accreditation by email. You must bring it printed. There will be no need to queue. You will be able to collect your lanyard and enter the venue.
Cloakroom
A free cloakroom service will be available during the congress.

Transport Discounts
We offer discounts, whether you’re traveling by plane with IBERIA or by train with RENFE.
IBERIA
To apply the IBERIA discount, you must select your preferred flights on the official Iberia website (iberia.com), enter your personal details and, at the payment stage, an option to enter the discount code will appear. Enter the code and click “Apply”. The discount will be applied automatically.
Please note that the discount is only valid for flights operated by IBERIA.

RENFE
To apply the RENFE discount, you must select your preferred trains on the official Renfe website (renfe.com), enter your personal details and then, in the “Discounts and promotional codes” section, select the CONGRESSES/FAIRS fare and enter the discount code.
Please note that the discount is only valid for tickets that do not already have a discount applied.
You can request your discount code at reunionanual@sepa.es.
Don’t forget that you must carry the discount document throughout your journey, as Renfe staff may ask to see it.
Dentist Registration Access
Includes dentist, hygiene, and SEPA Pharma sessions + commercial exhibition. Not SEPA Management.
Hygienist Registration Access
If you are registered in the hygienist modality, you can access the hygiene programme sessions as well as SEPA Pharma. Access to the commercial exhibition is also included. SEPA Management is not included.

Commercial Exhibition Only Pass
Free pass available by email request. Does not grant access to congress sessions. You can request your pass by sending an email to reunionanual@sepa.es.
Congress Party
There will be no congress party in this edition.
I am registered online. When will I receive my access details? ¿Cuándo recibiré las claves…? ? How long will the content be available?
Access credentials, as well as all information on how to access the platform, will be sent three weeks before the start of the congress. Reminders will be sent periodically until the event takes place.
Sessions from the SEPA 2026 Congress will be available for three months, starting from the day the congress ends.
On-site Registration and Online Access
On-site registration does not include online access, but it can be purchased separately after the event.
Nursing Room
Not planned, but assistance is available on request. You can request assistance at sepa@sepa.es.
Prayer Room
